Yvonne C. Powell
Education lecturer, 1991 to 2007
- 🇯🇲 Spanish Town, Saint Catherine, Jamaica
- Spanish Town Institute of Technology
- 1991 to 2007
- English
My subject is education, and for 16 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Spanish Town Institute of Technology.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yvonne
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Yvonne: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
