I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1982 at Magelang Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Magelang Pottery, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Yusuf
I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Yusuf: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
