Yusuf Burak Öztürk
Jazz player and teacher in İzmir
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- İzmir Band
- Since 1994
- English, Turkish
I play jazz and oud. I started in 1994 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Yusuf: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
