I run Khon Kaen Kitchen in Khon Kaen. We started in 1981 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I carry a notebook everywhere.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Yupin
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
