Yuni Suharto
Teacher at Jakarta Academy, loves music
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Academy
- Since 2009
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Yuni
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Yuni: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me music in 2013 at Jakarta Academy. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Truly.
