Yun-seo Hye-won Shim
Baking for 27 years in Gangnam
- 🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Little Gangnam Shop
- 1987 to 2014
- Korean
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Gangnam, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yun-seo
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Yun-seo: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
