Helping people break into nursing
- 🇯🇵 Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan
- Fukuoka Association
- 2017 to 2025

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Fukuoka Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Yuma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
