I coached cricket at Kawasaki Youth Club from 1982 to 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
