Yulia Vera Volkov
Teacher at Summit Grammar School, loves drama
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Summit Grammar School
- Since 1998
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,010 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yulia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Yulia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
