Young-ja So-yeon Ryu
Engineering mentor, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Oakwood Youth Network
- Since 2018
- English, Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 170 people through Oakwood Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
