Young-ja Park

Chemistry and history teacher, Daegu

  • 🇰🇷 Daegu, Daegu, South Korea
  • Phoenix Public School
  • Since 1984
  • Korean
For 42 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Phoenix Public School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. I'm still learning every day.

More about Young-ja

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You taught me chemistry in 2002 at Phoenix Public School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
