Young-ja Hae-won Noh

Volunteer mentor with Gangnam Community Trust

🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
Gangnam Community Trust
2003 to 2022
Korean

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Gangnam Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Young-ja

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
