Young-ja Da-eun Cha

Mentor in first-generation students and careers

  • 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
  • Seoul Youth Network
  • 2008 to 2022
  • Korean
For 14 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
