I spent 16 years as a lecturer in public health at Oakland State University in Oakland. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I learned every name in the first week. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Yong
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Yong: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
