For 14 years I ran the softball program at Hawassa Youth Club in Hawassa. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Yonas
If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
What gifts mean to Yonas: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
