Yolanda M. Castro

Mentor in nursing and careers

  • 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
  • 1989 to 2008
  • English
For 19 years I've mentored people in nursing and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Yolanda

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
