Helping people break into leadership

I'm a mentor in leadership. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yolanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
