Yolanda D. Delgado
Small business mentor, Riverside
- 🇺🇸 Riverside, California, United States
- Riverside Association
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Riverside Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Yolanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Yolanda: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
