Yoko Junko Takada

Teacher at Setagaya Middle School, loves home economics

I taught home economics and French at Setagaya Middle School, Setagaya. I learned every name in the first week. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Yoko

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me home economics in 2014 at Setagaya Middle School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

You taught me home economics in 2010 at Setagaya Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly!
