For eleven years I was the English literature teacher at Addis Ababa Technical College. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Yohannes: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me English literature in 2009 at Addis Ababa Technical College. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
