Yogesh P. Deshmukh
First-generation students mentor, Prayagraj
- 🇮🇳 Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Eastgate Community Trust
- 2009 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Eastgate Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
