I've coached martial arts at Ubud Swimming Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Yoga
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
