29 years teaching history in Adama
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Adama Boys' School
- Since 1998

I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yodit
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Yodit: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
