Yodit Mekdes Belay
Adult literacy organizer in Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Unity Volunteer Corps
- Since 1997
- English
I've volunteered with Unity Volunteer Corps since 1997. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. Small habits keep a team together.
More about Yodit
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Yodit: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
