Yodchai Vichai Chanthara
Design mentor, Bangkok
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Bangkok Youth Network
- Since 2008
- English, Thai
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Bangkok Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yodchai
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
