Yinka Yakubu Balogun
Mural painting artist in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Little Lagos Gallery
- Since 1992
- English, Igbo
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 1992 at Little Lagos Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Lagos Gallery, which keeps me honest.
More about Yinka
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Yinka: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
