Yinka Musa Salami
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Wudil Studio
- 🇳🇬 Wudil, Kano, Nigeria
- Since 1996
- English, Hausa
I'm a watercolor artist based in Wudil. I've been making things since 1996 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Yinka
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Yinka: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
