Yinka Chinedu Ogunleye
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Since 1981
- English, Yoruba
I've worked in thatching since 1981. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,580 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
