Yiannis Antoniou
Martial arts and fitness coach, Patras
- 🇬🇷 Patras, Western Greece, Greece
- Patras Athletic Club
- 2007 to 2018
- English, Greek
For eleven years I ran the martial arts program at Patras Athletic Club in Patras. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
