Yewande Modupe Okonkwo

Hockey and fitness coach, Ikeja

  • 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Ikeja Willow Creek Community Club
  • 2011 to 2025
  • English
I coached hockey at Ikeja Willow Creek Community Club from 2011 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
