Yewande Joy Okafor
Runs the animal shelter in Abuja
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Abuja Relief Network
- 2009 to 2017
- English, Igbo
I've volunteered with Abuja Relief Network from 2009 to 2017. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 40 people now. Everyone brings something.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Yewande: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
