Yewande Ife Ibrahim

Cross country coach, Lagos Youth Club

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • 1993 to 2022
  • English, Igbo
I coached cross country at Lagos Youth Club from 1993 to 2022. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
