Helping people break into nursing
- 🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia
- 1986 to 2020
- English, Ukrainian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,290 people through Harmony Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
