Yetunde Mercy Ibrahim

Boxing and fitness coach, Kano

  • 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
  • Kano Highland Athletic Club
  • Since 1994
  • English
For 32 years I've run the boxing program at Kano Highland Athletic Club in Kano. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Yetunde

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
