Helping people break into teaching
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
- Bayview Mentoring Circle
- 2000 to 2013
- Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Bayview Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ye-jin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
