Ye-eun Young-ja Jin

French teacher at Greenfield Grammar School, 2007 to 2017

Korean, Spanish

I taught French at Greenfield Grammar School in Busan from 2007 to 2017. Most days I taught first-year students, and my door was open at lunch. I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Ye-eun

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ye-eun: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
