For 36 years I've run the athletics program at Alexandria Acacia Youth Club in Alexandria. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
