Yasmin Sawsan Farouk
25 years teaching accounting in Newport
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Since 1999
- English, Arabic
For 27 years I have been the accounting teacher at Newport Girls' School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

You taught me accounting in 2002 at Newport Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.

You taught me accounting in 2006 at Newport Girls' School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
