Yasir Hussein Rahman
Retired design and technology teacher from Latina Public School

For nine years I was the design and technology teacher at Latina Public School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yasir
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Yasir: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
