Helping people break into teaching
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Gateway Mentoring Circle
- Since 1995
- English, Arabic, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,520 people through Gateway Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Yasir: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
