23 years teaching social studies in Mecca
- 🇸🇦 Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Mecca Boys' School
- Since 2014
- English, Arabic
For twelve years I have been the social studies teacher at Mecca Boys' School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Yasir
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Yasir: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
