Yashodha Yashodha Amarasinghe

Professor of literature, Kandy State University

  • 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
  • Kandy State University
  • 2009 to 2019

I spent ten years as a lecturer in literature at Kandy State University in Kandy. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.

What gifts mean to Yashodha: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
