Yash T. Thakur
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Chennai Studio
- Since 1991
- English, Hindi
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 1991 at Chennai Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Chennai Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Yash
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 1992. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from El Paso.
