Yasemin Melek Erdem
19 years teaching economics in Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Phoenix Primary School
- Since 2012
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Yasemin
If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
