Yasemin Ceren Bulut

20 years teaching environmental science in Istanbul

  • 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
  • Queensway Middle School
  • 1994 to 2020
  • English
I taught environmental science at Queensway Middle School in Istanbul from 1994 to 2020. Most days I taught first-year students, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. Over the years I had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Yasemin

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
