Yared Abera
Digital art artist in Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Old Jimma Pottery
- 1984 to 1992
- English, Amharic
I work mostly in digital art, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 1984 at Old Jimma Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Jimma Pottery, which keeps me honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yared
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
