Yanti Yuni Putra
Tiling for 36 years in Ubud
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- The Lincoln Trades Guild
- 1980 to 2016
- English, Indonesian
I've worked in tiling from 1980 to 2016. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 830 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
More about Yanti
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Yanti: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
