Yanti Lestari Sihombing

Oud player and teacher in Jakarta

  • 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Jakarta Meadowbank Music School
  • 2009 to 2020
  • English, Indonesian
I play oud and songwriting. I started in 2009 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.

More about Yanti

I wrote my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.
