Yann Rousseau
Mentor in finance and software
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Parkside Foundation
- 2010 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Parkside Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yann
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Yann: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
