My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1984 in Scranton and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yang
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Yang: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
